Rental Process

If you are applying to rent a property, include in the application the following:

1. Completed and signed credit application for each person 18 years of age or older.

2. If you are renting your current property, please sign the bottom of rental verification form.

3. For credit check processing, $40 cash or money order for each person over 18 years of age is required or $50 for married couples is required.

4. A copy of a photo I.D. or drivers license for each person 18 years of age or older.

5. If you have pets, include a photo of each pet.

6. Two pay stubs from your current employer.

7. On the application be sure to include your current and past landlord's telephone numbers and current employment contact number.
