Company History
Incorporated in 1971, ab Property Management, Inc. began
as a residential property management service for real
estate brokers and their personal clients. The brokers
realized the business was beginning to expand to a full
time experience and in 1981 the company was sold to
professional managers and their services retained for a
fee. The reliable business name and reputation that had
been established was retained and has grown to manage
hundreds of properties annually.
About Our President
Nancy Bramell,
President of the Corporation, has been employed with ab
Property Management, Inc. for more than 25 years. During her
tenure she has gained the technical skills and
landlord/tenant relations experience to effectively
mitigate problems that arise with income property.
She has assisted in court arbitration and has been a
court appointed receiver. Nancy has been a guest
speaker on "Owning Rental Property" at local colleges
and brings a wealth of experience to serving your
personal investment.
